"I just moved to Michigan a little over a month ago, with a LOT of stuff! I googled every storage facility within 25 miles of Pinckney, and finally landed on Pirates Cove Self Storage. They had the absolute BEST PRICES that I had come across. The woman there was extremely helpful about helping me, (since I was calling out-of-state). She informed me that they would hold the building I needed, all based on my word. No deposit, no hassle, just a down home person trusting another individual. When we arrived, all we had to do was sign the papers and we were done! We were unable to find a lock, and they provided us with one, I think it was $10 dollars. Also, we signed our papers on the 7th, so they took off a weeks’ worth of rent for us, which was fantastic as we were on a tight budget. We are moving in two weeks, and even though we are moving on the 2nd or 3rd, they are not charging us any rent for the month of November. I simply called and explained to them what the situation was and it was no problem. I would definitely recommend Pirates Cove Self Storage to anyone looking for storage! Great people, great prices, and all around great service!"
