I recently visited your Jackson Road facility, and I wanted to write to let you know how pleased I am with this particular establishment.
Most specifically, I am writing to express my high degree of satisfaction with the front desk person, Deb Maracani. She is the reason I chose to rent two large units this winter. She is very professional, kind, polite, respectful and intelligent. She knows her job well. Her high degree of customer service and ethics are exemplary. I trusted her immediately. Therefore, I trusted that my belongings would be safe there. The grounds and building units are clean and monitored. Again, I felt I could trust Pirate’s Cove Self Storage. The office is clean and welcoming. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with this decision. Ms. Maracani, as your front line person, was the reason for my decision. She is wonderful, and I wanted you to know how very important she was in Pirate Cove Self Storage securing my business. I will rent from her again next winter.
